Description

Die Stadt Ichenhausen plant den Neubau einer Mehrzweckhalle mit Lehrschwimmbecken. Im Kellergeschoss unter der Mehrzweckhalle und Zwischenbau befindet sich eine Tiefgarage Ebene -3,20m, -0,61m ausgeführt. Die Mehrzwerkhalle mit Satteldach Traufe von ca. 8,10m und eine Firsthöhe von ca. 10,30m. Schwimmhalle mit Becken in der Halle teil Unterkellert -2,59m eine Ebene mit Satteldach Traufe von ca. 4,00m und eine Firsthöhe von ca. 6,10m. Der Zwischenbau wird im kleinen Teil unter den Bestehenden Hort errichtet, mit zwei Ebene +/-0,00, bis 3,50m, 6,90m Dach des Zwischenbaus wird als Flachdach ausgeführt. Die Arbeiten sind auf dem abgesperrten Schulgelände bei laufendem Betrieb auszuführen. Der laufende Schulbetrieb darf nicht behindert werden und die Bauarbeiten sind selbstständig vor Ort mit diesem abzustimmen. Abmessungen des Neubaus: - Mehrzweckhalle: LxBxH = ca. 48,0 x 22,7 x 10,3 m - Zwischengebäude: als Trapez LxBxBxH = ca.36,5 x 6,5 x20,75x7,60 m - Schwimmbad: LxBxH = ca. 34,4 x 14,4
