1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of pharmaceuticals to the Team of Health Care Establishments in Cieszyn. The contract consists of 814 lots, each of which constitutes a separate subject of the contract. 2. A full description of the subject-matter of the contract, broken down into lots and expected demand, is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Price Form. 3.
