Description

The subject of the tender is the supply of natural gas for various acceptance points of Lower Saxony municipalities, associations and municipal own enterprises in the district of Braunschweig. The nature and scope of the service are set out in the terms of reference and in the other procurement documents. The delivery period starts on 01.01.2027, 06:00 o'clock and ends on 01.01.2029, 06:00 o'clock. The delivery period is therefore two years. The concrete start of delivery of individual acceptance points may differ from the stated delivery period. In this respect, the information in the terms of reference and their annexes (in particular the list of acceptance points) are decisive. Insofar as no deviating provision has been made in the service description or its annexes, the start of delivery shall be deemed to be the respective start of delivery on 01.01.2027, 06:00 o'clock. The delivery comprises a total of approximately 397 acceptance points. The projected reference consumption is: • for the year 2027: 42,799,375 kWh/a • for the year 2028: 42,664,375 kWh/a Specifications relating to the subject-matter of the invitation to tender shall not be made. Please refer to the specifications for further details. The acceptance points of the participants were divided into 4 regional and individual lots by the issuing body. In view of the detailed presentation of the lots, reference is made to the lot description attached as Annex 1.4 to the tender specifications. Tenderers may bid for one lot, several lots or all lots.
