Description

The subject of the tender is the supply of biogas for an acceptance point of Stadtwerke Goslar (Bäderbetrieb Hallenbad Goslar). Delivery period from 01.01.2026, 6.00 am to 01.01.2028, 6.00 am. (2 years of delivery) For the supply of the acceptance point, a biogas is requested, for which the following production specifications are made by the issuing body: Biogas = biomethane. ‘biogas’ means any gas produced by anaerobic digestion of biomass within the meaning of Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Ordinance on the Production of Electricity from Biomass (Biomass Ordinance - BiomassV); ‘biogas’ (“biomethane”) means any biogas or other gaseous biomass that has been processed and fed into the biogas network. Gas extracted from a gas network shall be considered bio-natural gas (biomethane) insofar as the amount of bio-natural gas extracted in heat equivalent is equal to the amount of gas from biomass over a balance sheet period of one year which has been fed into the gas network elsewhere and where mass balance systems have been used for the entire transport and distribution of the bio-natural gas from its production, its injection into the natural gas network and its transport in the natural gas network until its removal from the natural gas network, complying with the requirements of the Renewable Energy Sources Act and its implementing regulations. The gas intended for supply must be at least 98% CO2-neutral. For further details, please refer to the specifications.
