Description

The subject of the tender is the supply of electrical energy (eco-electricity) for various acceptance points of the Regionalverband Ruhr, the RVR Ruhr Grün, the Business Metropole Ruhr GmbH and the IGA Metropole Ruhr 2027 gGmbH in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. A total of about 53 points of acceptance with a reference consumption in the first delivery year (2026) of about 975,750 kWh and a reference consumption in the second delivery year (2027) of about 980.786 kWh. It is stipulated as an approval requirement that the electricity to be supplied is generated regeneratively. This includes electricity generated from hydropower including, wave, tidal, salt gradient and flow energy, or from wind energy, or from solar radiation energy, or from geothermal energy, or from energy from biomass including biogas, landfill gas and sewage gas, or from the biodegradable fraction of household and industrial waste. The supply of electricity from generating installations using fossil fuels, such as in particular nuclear power, coal or gas, shall not be permitted.
