Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung von elektrischer Energie (Ökostrom) für diverse Abnahmestellen von Kommunen, Verbänden und kommunalen Eigenbetrieben im Landkreis Goslar. Insgesamt ca. 530 Abnahmestellen mit einem Referenzverbrauch im ersten Lieferjahr (2026) von ca. 10.862.841 kWh und einem Referenzverbrauch im zweiten Lieferjahr (2027) von ca. 10.928.617 kWh. Es wird als Zulassungsvoraussetzung vorgegeben, dass der zu liefernde Strom regenerativ erzeugt wird. Dies umfasst Strom erzeugt aus Wasserkraft einschließlich, der Wellen-, Gezeiten-, Salzgradienten- und Strömungsenergie, oder aus Windenergie, oder aus solarer Strahlungsenergie, oder aus Geothermie, oder aus Energie aus Biomasse einschließlich Biogas, Deponiegas und Klärgas oder aus dem biologisch abbaubaren Anteil von Abfällen aus Haushalten und Industrie. Die Lieferung von Strom aus Erzeugungsanlagen mit fossilen Energieträgern, wie insbesondere, Kernkraft, Kohle oder Gas, ist nicht zulässig. Lieferzeitraum vom 01.01.2026, 0.00 Uhr bis 31.12.2027, 24.00 Uhr (2 Lieferjahre). Wegen weiterer Einzelheiten wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen.
