Außenanlagen 1.BA für den Neubau des Multifunktionsgebäudes und Schifffahrtmedizinischen Instituts auf dem Gelände des Bundeswehrkrankenhauses. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung beinhaltet die Herstellung von Freianlagen. Mengenübersicht: ca. 10.000 m² Außenanlagen mit Rückbau von befestigten Flächen Erdarbeiten einschl. vegetationstechnischer Bodenarbeiten Oberflächenbefestigungen einschl. Entwässerung Mauern, Einfriedungen, Ausstattungen in Freianlagen Pflanzarbeiten Folgende Einzelfristen werden verbindliche Fristen gemäß §5 Absatz 1 VOB/B: Beginn der Arbeiten auf der Baustelle: innerhalb von 30 KT nach Auftragserteilung Fläche A: Ausführungsdauer 20 KW, Fertigstellung: 28.11.2025 Fläche B: Ausführungsdauer 12 KW, Fertigstellung 26.09.2026 Fläche C1: Ausführungsdauer 23 KW, Fertigstellung: 12.12.2025 Fläche C2: Ausführungsdauer 20 KW Fläche C3: Ausführungsdauer 8 KW
