Description

Die Baumaßnahme umfasst mehrere Leistungsbereiche, die teilweise parallel ausgeführt werden müssen, um die Gesamtbauzeit effizient zu gestalten. Insbesondere sind Synergien im Bereich des Erdbaus zwischen dem Radweg und der Fahrbahnentwässerung durch den AN optimal zu nutzen. Eine detaillierte Abstimmung der Arbeiten ist erforderlich, um Verzögerungen oder Beeinträchtigungen zu minimieren. a) Herstellen eines Bodenlagers a. Erdarbeiten für das Bodenlager. b. Herstellung der Tragschichten und der Entwässerungseinrichtung. c. Unterhaltung des Bodenlagers. b) Herstellung des Radweges a. Erdarbeiten für den Radweg. b. Herstellung der Asphalttrag- und Deckschichten. c. Errichtung von Entwässerungsrinnen sowie Versickerungsmulden entlang des Radweges. d. Einbindung des Radweges in das bestehende Verkehrswegenetz. c) Fahrbahnentwässerung a. Herstellung der Versickermulden und -gräben für die Niederschlagswasserbehandlung und - rückhaltung. b. Wiederherstellung der Fahrbahndecke nach Abschluss der Arbeiten. d) Verlegung der Trinkwassertransportleitung a. Herstellung der Trinkwassertransportleitung mit einem Be- und Entlüftungsventil. b. Einbindungen in das bestehende Leitungsnetz.
