Description

The scope of delivery includes the delivery of 3 biogas compressors and the delivery of the corresponding new control cabinets including all control cabinet installations, circuit diagrams, cable lists, documentation and commissioning by the unit manufacturer. The new compressors shall be designed for the operating point 220 Nm3/h (max. 10 bar(ü)). The offer must be accompanied by meaningful compressor characteristics in which the shaft power is entered depending on the volume flow rate and the operating point. The nominal drive power per compressor must not exceed 45 kW, otherwise the emergency power supply will not be sufficient. The 3 biogas compressors are to be installed in a non-heated and non-air-conditioned compressor room with ambient temperatures from -20 °C to +45 °C. Installation shall be carried out on a concrete base of approximately B 1.0 m, L 1.3 m, H 0.1 m. The following gas composition is expected: • Oxygen: 0.0% - 0.1% by volume; i.M. 0,1 % vol.
