Description

1. Gmina Zawiercie (organizator publicznego transportu zbiorowego) planuje dokonać wyboru operatora na podstawie art. 19 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (t.j. Dz.U. z 2020 r., poz. 1944 z późn. zm.) w trybie ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz.U. z 2019, poz. 2019 z późn. zm.) – zgodnie z art. 213 ust. 1 i art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 11 (zamówienie z wolnej ręki) lub art. 365 ust. 2 pkt 2.
2. Podmiotem powołanym przez Gminę Zawiercie do świadczenia usług w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego jest Zakład Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o.o., z siedzibą przy ul. Polskiej 21 w Zawierciu.
3. Określenie rodzaju transportu oraz linii komunikacyjnej, linii komunikacyjnych lub sieci komunikacyjnej, na których będą wykonywane przewozy:
Publiczny transport zbiorowy – autobusowy.
Sieć komunikacyjna na terenie Gminy Zawiercie oraz linie komunikacyjne – objęte porozumieniami międzygminnymi – łączące Gminę Zawiercie z Gminami: Ogrodzieniec, Poręba, Siewierz, Włodowice, Kroczyce.
