Description

The subject of the procurement is: Replacement of switchgear, in accordance with the Technical Specification, Cost List and the entire DoN, in which the name, quantity and other conditions necessary for drawing up the tender are indicated. The procurement of " Switchgear Replacement ", within this DoN, implies: -Replacement of 110 kV HV switchgear and associated primary connection equipment and field control cabinets, -Replacement of a part of equipment in the measurement cabinet =Q+QM1, -Elimination works of 48 VDC from all KSO cabinets, -Development of detailed designs and derived state projects, -Final tests before commissioning. If the Tenderer submits a tender that does not fully correspond to the needs of the Contracting Authority specified in the description of the subject of procurement and technical specifications or that offers works that clearly do not meet the needs of the Contracting Authority in relation to the requested subject of procurement, the tender will be assessed as inappropriate and rejected.
