Description

Signature of a sectoral framework supply agreement for a period of 24 months for the purchase of the ‘LEA-PA/Pt electrician jumpsuit with 2 pairs of trousers and vest’, as specified in the CS and FT. According to the reasons expressed in the documents drawn up by the specialist service, the scope of the purchase of protective equipment (electrical operating coverall LEA –PA/PT with vest) is to eliminate and/or reduce the risks of injury or occupational disease, in order to ensure the performance of work in conditions of safety and health at work within DEER SA. The number of days until which potential bidders can request clarifications regarding the tender documentation before the deadline for submission of the tender is 20. The contracting entity shall respond to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the deadline set above.
