SWITCH-URI conform Caietului de sarcini Număr zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 (înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor) Termenul limita in care entitatea contractanta va răspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/ informațiilor suplimentare este: in a 10-a zi înainte de termenul limita stabilit in Anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit mai sus.
