Description

South Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county requests offers for the following products: Consumables for breathing aids The procurement covers masks and accessories for breathing aids, as well as the space extension and the PEP breathing therapy device. In accordance with the tender documentation, we request a tender for the procurement period 1.10.2025 - 30.9.2027. After a fixed term, the contract will continue for an indefinite period. After a fixed-term agreement period, the agreement can be terminated with six (6) months' notice. An open-ended contract will also be put out to tender approximately five to six years after the start of the actual contract period. The devices for breathing aids (CPAP, 2PV and oxygen concentrator) have been tendered separately with their own invitation to tender. The masks and accessories covered by this invitation to tender are medical supplies. All masks targeted by the invitation to tender must be suitable for home use with home-operated sleep apnoea devices, dual pressure ventilators and central sleep apnoea ASV devices. The procurement must meet the requirements of Finnish laws and regulations, EU directives and the Act on Medical Supplies. The products offered must meet the requirements of the standards and directives specified for the product and be CE marked.
