The subject of the contract is the provision of training services in the field of organizing and conducting 144 cycles of professional activation classes in units subordinate to the District Inspectorate of Prison Service in Lublin. "Comprehensive training and activation activities aimed at preparing prisoners for effective reintegration into the labour market and society" under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus. Training should increase the motivation of prisoners and enable the acquisition of competences necessary to move on the labour market, i.e. covering 11 thematic areas: ability to rationally manage time, self-presentation, the art of conversation and calm argumentation, dealing with negative emotions, ways of looking for a job, conducting conversations with potential employers, preparing documents for taking up work, adequate self-esteem, motivation to work, budget management, etc. All topics will be completed in 2 hours, and the selected topics will be expanded by an additional 8 hours, giving a total of 30 hours.
