The subject-matter of the contract is a service consisting of the execution of a classified investment programme and classified, complete design and costing documentation for investment task No 80093 ‘Warsaw, al. The project and costing documentation must be drawn up on the basis of the investment programme The Contracting Authority provides for an on-site visit and inspection of the documents held:
(a) the minimum military organisational and operational requirements developed for investment task No 80097 ‘Warsaw, al. Independence 218, K-3575. Implementation of the extension of the access control system – installation of critical depositors for current use keys with a ‘restricted’ clause;
(b) the documentation of existing technical protection systems, which has been classified as ‘confidential’,
On-site visits and inspection of documents will be possible for Contractors who will be invited to submit tenders, who also meet the requirements for protecting classified information, on presentation of:
(a) the original or a certified true copy of a level I facility security certificate certifying its ability to protect classified information classified at least ‘confidential’;
(b) the originals or certified copies of security clearances of the contractor’s representatives authorising access to classified information classified at least ‘confidential’ and certificates attesting to training on the protection of classified information, in accordance with Articles 19 and 20 of the Act of 5.8.2010 on the protection of classified information;
(C) written authorisations for designated representatives to consult the documentation.
The documentation will be made available for inspection at the Contracting Authority’s premises.
The contracting authority shall not allow classified documents to be forwarded to the Contractors during the tendering procedure.
In order to confirm that the services offered meet the contracting authority’s requirements, the contractor must provide valid ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110 quality management system certificates issued by an authorised PCA accredited entity.
