The subject of the contract is the development of a comprehensive technical and artistic concept and the organization of the FRSE Gala awarding competitions: EDUinspiration, EDUinspirator, EDUinspiration Media, ELL and EITA. Planned date of the Gala: 16 December 2025 in Warsaw Scope of the contract 1. Technical concept: Designing and planning the technical aspects of the event, including lighting, sound system, multimedia, acoustics, stage equipment and all the necessary technological elements. 2. Artistic concept: Developing an original artistic vision of the Gala, offering attractions, performances and artistic elements that will enrich the program of the event. 3. Catering: Providing comprehensive catering services, including a full menu for all participants of the gala, including artists. Offering a menu and organizing catering for the participants of the gala. 4. Graphic and sound design: Design and implementation of a coherent visual and sound setting, which will emphasize the character of the 5th Competition Awards Gala. Branding of the event: Creating visual identity of the gala (logo, theme, printed materials, gadgets, etc.). 6. Promotional materials: Preparation of advertising materials, such as invitations, banners, winders, gobos, social media materials and other tools promoting the event. 7.
