Description

l'Accord-Cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans ferme à compter de sa date de notification. Mode de passation : la procédure de passation est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Forme de contrat : L'Accord-Cadre avec maximum de 180 000 euros Ht est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R.2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Il fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations, il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande émis par le pouvoir adjudicateur
