Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Dostawa wyposażenia budynku nowej szkoły w Niedrzwicy Dużej”.
2. Zamawiający, zgodnie z art. 36aa ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych z podziałem na 3 części, jak poniżej:
1) część nr 1 – dostawa mebli do budynku nowej szkoły w Niedrzwicy Dużej,
2) część nr 2 – dostawa pomocy dydaktycznych do budynku nowej szkoły w Niedrzwicy Dużej,
3) część nr 3 – dostawa wyposażenia higienicznego i innego do budynku nowej szkoły w Niedrzwicy Dużej.
3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają załączniki do SIWZ nr: 1a – dotyczy części nr 1 zamówienia, 1b – dotyczy części nr 2 zamówienia. 1c – dotyczy części nr 3 zamówienia.
4. Każda z części zamówienia obejmuje dostawę, montaż wyposażenia, ustawienie w miejscach wskazanych przez przedstawiciela Zamawiającego. Adres dostawy – ul. Lubelska 21, 24-220 Niedrzwica Duża, POLSKA.
