Description

Der Bauherr, die Städtische Bäder Wesel GmbH, beabsichtig auf dem Gelände des aktuellen Freibades ein neues Kombibad zu errichten. Dieses Gebäude weist sowohl Stahlbetondecken als auch Decken in Holzfertigbauweise auf. Als Abdichtung wurde sich hier für eine 2-lagige bituminöse Abdichtung entscheiden. Es handelt sich hier um Flachdachbauweisen. Das Gebäude erhält zum Teil extensive Dachbegrünungen. Die Sportbad- & Erlebnisbadhallen werden mittels stahlunterspannter Träger und vorelementierten Dachelementen teils mit Akustikplatten ausgeführt, Kurs- & Lehrschwimmbad mit Bindern und vorelementierten Dachelementen. Des Weiteren sind Teilbereiche für eine mögliche spätere Aufstockung in den Treppenhäusern und im Aufzugsschacht als Holzbalkendecken auszuführen.
Im Saunagarten ist ein aufgeständertes Saunahaus über einen Holzsteg erreichbar geplant. Dieses Saunagebäude ist als Holzrahmenbau mit Außenvorbereich und Saunainnenbereich geplant. Die Beplankung ist als Rhombusschalung vorgesehen.
Der Saunainnenausbau wird bauseits seitens Saunabauer ausgeführt.
Des Weiteren ist eine Pergola im Saunagarten vorgesehen.
