The services consist of: LKMP development (programming) services according to technical specifications 6.1. – sub-paragraphs 6.6; Additional LKMP development (programming) services intended for the creation of additional LKMP enhancements and/or new functionalities not provided for in the functional requirements of the technical specification, which could not be foreseen in advance by the Contracting Authority and the necessity/need of which will be determined only during the course of the contract. The preliminary volume of ancillary services is 1 600 hours. The services will be procured according to the needs of the Contracting Authority and prior coordination according to the hourly rate proposed by the Supplier. The contracting authority does not undertake to purchase a specific or total indicative number of service hours. Communication during the provision of services must take place in the Lithuanian language. The provision of services must be implemented in an iterative-incremental (agile) manner.
