Tender for CO2 Recovery System
The purpose of this tender is to procure a CO2 Recovery System to align with Lough Gill Brewery's sustainability goals and reduce carbon emissions. The system should be capable of recovering CO2 from a fermentation capacity of min 4,000 hl/year to 8,000hl/year, ensuring efficient and eco-friendly brewing operations. The successful bidder will supply, install, and commission a CO2 Recovery Unit with the following requirements: 3.1 Technical Specifications Capacity: Designed for min 4,000 hl/year fermentation. Components: CO2 recovery unit and liquid CO2 storage tank. Performance: Capable of recovering and purifying CO2 to food-grade standards. Automation: Equipped with PLC controls for automated operations and monitoring. Energy Efficiency: Optimized for minimal energy consumption. Safety: Compliance with all relevant safety standards and certifications
