4.1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of equipment for professional workshops for the needs of the project - Integrated development of industry education in the Racibórz district towards regional smart specializations - supply and installation of equipment for the CKZiU No. 1 workshop in Racibórz. 4.2. The contracting authority in accordance with Art. 1 of the PPL Act allows the submission of partial tenders divided into 8 parts, as follows: 1) part 1 of the order - Computer equipment consisting of: 34 computers with software for students; 1 computer with software for the teacher; 35 monitors; 35 sets of computer accessories. 2) Lot 2 – VR goggles with controllers, consisting of: 12 headsets of VR goggles with controllers. 3) Lot 3 – Interactive monitors consisting of: 1 interactive monitor with a diagonal of at least 98’; 1 interactive monitor with a diagonal of at least 65.’ 4) Lot 4 – Printing equipment and scanners consisting of: 2 MFDs. 5) Lot 5 – Thrower/Projector 6) Lot 6 – 3D Printer 7) Lot 7 – Furniture for specialist workshops consisting of: 24 student tables; 24 student chairs; 1 teacher’s desk; 1 swivel chair for the teacher; 8 laboratory stations; 8 laboratory stools; 2 metal cabinets; 1 cabinet for a 3D printer. 8) Lot 8 – Microscopes, bacterial colony counter, a set of preparations consisting of: 8 laboratory microscopes; 1 microscope with camera; 4 bacterial colony counters; 8 sets of microbiological preparations. 4.3. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract for all lots includes 1) The subject-matter of the contract includes the delivery of equipment, software, licenses, rights and other elements, within the deadlines, quantities and specifications specified in the FTZ, the contract, annexes to the contract and the offer, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as, depending on the type of equipment concerned, its unpacking, setting, assembly, installation, configuration, trial start-up and carrying out instruction for the Ordering Party's employees in the scope of basic service. 2) Supplied equipment must be brand new, functional, unused, not exposed at exhibitions or fairs, undamaged, not remanufactured, not resold, free from physical and legal defects and not burdened with the rights of third parties. The equipment must be safe, complete and ready for use without the need for the Ordering Party to make additional purchases, unless the OPZ expressly provides otherwise. 3) The Contractor shall ensure packaging and transport in a manner that protects the equipment against damage, deterioration or loss of performance. The risk of damage to the subject of the contract until the acceptance protocol is signed shall be borne by the Contractor. 4) The equipment will be marked in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular with regard to safety marks, CE marking and other markings required for a given type of product, if applicable. 5) The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with instructions for use, service documentation, warranty and service documentation in Polish, and if the manufacturer makes the instructions available in electronic form, indicate the addresses of websites from which they can be downloaded. 6) For the software, the Contractor is obliged to grant the Ordering Party a license or transfer to the Ordering Party a license entitlement consistent with the manufacturer's licensing rules, to the extent that it allows legal use of the software for the required period, for the required number of positions or by the required number of users. 7) The supplied equipment, to the extent resulting from its nature and purpose, should meet the accessibility requirements for persons with special needs referred to in Art. 1 of the PPL Act. 8) The Contractor undertakes to remove at his own expense any damage caused by the Contractor or the persons he uses in the performance of the contract, arising during the delivery, assembly, installation or configuration. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, the scope, type and volume of deliveries, warranty conditions, service, technical parameters are set out in Annex 1 (parts 1-8) to this application and in the draft contract - Annex 2 to this application.
