Description

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of waste to the place of municipal waste management from owners of properties on which residents do not live and municipal waste is generated from the area of the Municipality of the City of Augustów – sector Nos I and II in the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029. 2. The estimated amount of waste expected to be received will be: Sector I: 3080 Mg, sector II: 2680 Mg for the entire period covered by the contract. 3. The subject of the contract was divided into two lots: (1) Part I: Sector I The scope and manner of performance of the subject-matter of the contract are defined in the description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) - Annex 1 to the FTZ and the relevant provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to the FTZ 2)Part II: Sector II The scope and manner of performance of the subject-matter of the contract is determined by the description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) - Annex 1a to the FTZ and the Essential provisions of the contract - Annex 2a to the FTZ.
