Předmětem VZ je technické zhodnocení 3 ks elektrocentrál typ KEC 400 kVA (dále také „KEC“). Součástí VZ je doprava KEC z místa předání do místa technického zhodnocení a zpět do místa převzetí dle čl. 2 odst. 2.2. ZD a zaškolení obsluhy KEC v průběhu předání a převzetí KEC v délce trvání minimálně 4 hodiny pro minimálně 4 osoby.
