Within ROC MN, the use of laptops is essential for participation in the educational process. Every student who follows a course at ROC MN must purchase a laptop to be able to prepare and follow the lessons. A laptop is also essential for exams. The interconnectedness of the digital learning methods and lessons with the degree programmes and examinations prevents students from accessing the online education platforms and examination environments, thus limiting their learning path. Upon registration, students receive the specifications of the device to be purchased (in accordance with BYOD) so that they can purchase this device. For students who cannot afford this financially, ROC MN offers support through the Financial Walk-in Consultation Hour (FIS).
