Description

The subject of this invitation to tender is the supply of printed matter for all SBB's business units. The aim of this European public tender is to conclude a single framework contract with a single supplier for the supply of printed matter. For a detailed description of the Assignment, please refer to the Programme of Requirements as set out in Annex 2 of the Guide. Based on the current spend and the impact of the future developments mentioned above, the estimated value associated with printing is expected to be €70,000 per year. In line with the ASST judgment of the European Court of Justice of 19 December 2018 (C-216/17, ECLI:EU:C:2018:1034), the maximum value of the Assignment is set at €420,000. No rights can be derived from the aforementioned estimate for the future. It is no more and nothing less than an estimate, based on historical figures. This means that there is a possibility that the aforementioned estimate will be higher or lower in practice. Exception to this is the indicated maximum value of the Assignment that will not be exceeded.
