In the coming years, Klinikum Frankfurt (Oder) GmbH will - depending on the provision of financing - renovate the building stock in numerous individual measures and, if necessary, convert it to adapt to modern medical requirements. The framework agreement to be concluded does not cover all houses and measures. For example, a sectional or house-by-house refurbishment of existing buildings is currently being carried out (fire protection upgrade; modernisation of lighting and call-out systems), which will be continued in parallel with the services to be provided under the framework agreement to be awarded.
