Description

The contract covers: 1. A comprehensive supply of electricity, including its sale and distribution to the premises of the municipality of Raciechowice.
The location and description of the electricity take-off points are set out in the ‘List of energy consumption points’, which is annexed to the ToR. Estimated quantity of energy supplied in tariff groups: C11, C12a, G11, G12e is 205 000 kWh. The contractual power for all take-off points is 332 kW in total. 2. A comprehensive street lighting service in the municipality of Raciechowice consisting of:
— the supply of electricity and the distribution service forming part of tariff group C12b within the meaning of Article 3(30) and Article 5(3) of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997,
— modernisation of street lighting by installing street lighting fittings with a LED source together with a control system.
The estimated amount of energy supplied (± 20 %) is 103 000 kWh/year.
