The district administration of the district of Oberhavel (client) intends to award the delivery of a CAFM software as well as its maintenance and support (including configuration/implementation) with effect from 1 May 2026. Following the competition, a minimum of three and a maximum of five suitable candidates will be selected for the second round. Stage of the procurement procedure - Tender phase approved.
