Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la mission complète d'auteur de projet pour la construction d'une infrastructure publique de type standard passif comprenant une crèche de 36 places, une halte-garderie de 24 places répondant aux normes de l'ONE, et un niveau en sous-sol destiné à une exploitation ultérieure comme parking public dans le cadre d'un réaménagement futur de l'îlot. La mission complète comprend, outre l'étude architecturale, les missions de géomètre, les études d'ingénierie en stabilité, les études d'ingénierie en techniques spéciales, la marché de conseiller en performance énergétique des bâtiments ainsi que la coordination de sécurité et de santé. A titre indicatif, le budget total des travaux pour l'ensemble du programme s'élève à maximum 2 400 000 EUR TVA de 21 % comprise.
