Description

In the second half of 2022, the Czech Republic will hold the Presidency of the Council of the EU for the second time. The basic task of the Presidency is to ensure the continuity of the functioning and direction of the European Union. The Presidency acts primarily as a moderator of the negotiations, but at the same time it cannot renounce its national perspective in resolving Europe-wide problems. Events organised by the Presidency are one of the key tools for promoting the programme and priorities of the Presidency.
