During the period of performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority has the right to use an option for additional procurement of tobacco products, including: - items included in the mandatory list referred to in point 3.1 of the technical specification and/or - items included in the additional list referred to in point 3.2 of the technical specification, depending on the needs arising. The option may be exercised up to a maximum amount of EUR 443 554.18 excluding VAT, subject to the application of the percentage discount offered by the contractor, which remains unchanged for the entire duration of the contract.
