Description

The object of the contract is the purchase of forklifts and electrics through a financial leasing contract, necessary to carry out manual and mechanized handling operations of the products in the warehouses and objectives managed by Cernavoda NPP. The public procurement contract will have a duration of 66 months and will be structured in two lots: Lot 1 - Electric forklift 1.5 tons - 1 piece; Lot 2 - Electrocar 2 tons - 2 pieces. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. If these deadlines end on non-working days, the Contracting Authority will reply on the last working day before that deadline.
