Description

Saint Brieuc Armor Agglomération (SBAA) wishes to undertake an overall reclassification of the Brezillet site, located in the municipality of Ploufragan, in order to have an overall view of the activities and to compensate for the age of some buildings. In this context, several urban studies and blueprints have been drawn up since 2010, in partnership with the cities of Ploufragan and Saint-Brieuc, the Departmental Council and Saint-Brieuc Expos Conglomération (SBEC), as well as concerted work with all stakeholders, including residents and users. SBAA wished to phase the work to modernise the site by constructing a new Hall 7 and by rehabilitating the Hall 5, which will be the new entrance door to the exhibition park. These construction/rehabilitation works will be accompanied by a restructuring of public spaces in the vicinity so as to create a parvis at the level of the future entrance to the site and to ensure qualitative functional and landscape links between halls 5, 7 and 3, which will eventually host all exhibitions/events. The agglomeration, which is involved in the Integrated Management of Pluvial Water (GIEP), has wanted this operation to be exemplary in this area. The estimated allocation for the construction of Hall 7 is EUR 6 400 000 HorsTaxony (HT) and the rehabilitation of Hall 5 has been assessed at EUR 1 430 000 net. These figures include the development of public spaces in the vicinity and the GIEP.
