Description

The intention of this contract is that the service provider will help the department by offering a subscription and internet based service (the service) for market information and analysis on the global carbon markets. The service must give the status of the carbon markets, including the EU's system for emission trade, CDM/the JI mechanisms, AAU trade, as well as new carbon markets. The service must provide explanations of the implications of the latest market movements, with a view to developments in energy and gas prices, and relevant climate and energy policies, as well as long term market trends.
The service must be internet based with easy access, and must use the department as a central criteria.
