The subject matter of this public procurement procedure is the selection of contractors for the assessment of the compliance of investment projects and the exercise of construction supervision with investment functions, in accordance with Articles 166 to 168 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) for projects of the Municipality of Lovech financed under procedure BG-RRP-4.023 ‘Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock - Stage I’ under investment ‘Energy efficiency in the building stock’, component 4 ‘Low-carbon economy’ of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan under the Recovery and Resilience Facility, divided into four lots, as follows: Lot No 1 Implementation of energy efficiency measures in a residential building with address Lovech, 36 Knyaz Imeretinski Str., Vaptsarov blvd; Total built-up area (TFA) – 2 826.53 m2; Group/Category of construction – first group, fourth category of construction; Lot No 2 Implementation of energy efficiency measures in residential buildings located in Lovech, Zdravets, block 201, entrances A, B and C; Total built-up area (TFA) – 5 127.00 m2; Group/Category of construction – first group, fourth category of construction; Lot No 3 Implementation of energy efficiency measures in residential buildings located in Lovech, Zdravets, block No 205 A-E; Total built-up area (TFA) – 10 462.42 m2; Group/Category of construction – first group, fourth category of construction; Lot 4 Implementation of energy efficiency measures in a residential building located in Lovech, Zdravets block 206.
