Description

The subject of the contract is to provide language courses at basic level (A1) for 90 project participants. The courses will be delivered in nine groups in six towns of the voivodeship for groups A and B respectively:
Type A groups in Łódź, Piotrków Trybunalski, Sieradz and Rawa Mazowieckie 90 hours each group.
Type B groups in Łęczyca, Łódź, Piotrków Trybunalski, Sieradz and Skierniewice for 120 hours each group.
Language courses will be provided for young people aged 15-25.
Group A involves young people aged 15-17 – 4 groups
Group B involves young people aged 18-25 – 5 groups
There are 10 project participants in each group.
The language course must be at least at basic level (A1) established in accordance with the European System of Description of Languages (access criterion in the Action Plan for Priority I of the HC OP 2013).
Breakdown by groups, cities and languages:
1 – group A1 in Łódź – basic English (A1),
— group B1 in Łęczyca – basic English (A1),
— group B2 in Łódź – basic English (A1).
(2) – Group A2 in Piotrków Tryb. basic English (A1),
— group B3 in Piotrków Tryb. basic English (A1).
(3) – group A3 in Sieradz – German at basic level (A1),
— group B4 in Sieradz – German at basic level (A1).
(4) – group A4 in Rawa Mazowiecka – basic English (A1),
— group B5 in Skierniewice – basic English (A1).
Activities can take place from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 20:00 hours: Group A up to 4 hours per day.
Group B up to 6 hours per day.
Language courses in all groups should be delivered between the signature of the contract and 31.5.2014.
The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to include in his tender all costs related to the provision of language courses at each location, including costs arising from:
— employment of a qualified language lecturer (English, German),
— the provision of the materials necessary for the performance of the classes (both teaching and silent),
— renting of a teaching room.
The fee for the provision of language courses will be paid after completion, on the basis of the invoice/account submitted by 30.6.2014.
