Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu polowego:
— łóżko polowe składane metalowe (z materacem), w ilości 480 szt.,
— stół polowy kwadratowy, składany z metalową podstawą, w ilości 380 szt.,
— taboret polowy składany z metalową podstawą, w ilości 1 630 szt.
Szczegółowo przedmiot zamówienia opisano w załączniku nr 2 do SIWZ.
2. Miejsce realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia:
— 22 WOG Olsztyn, SSI w Olsztynie, ul. Saperska 1,
— 24 WOG Giżycko, SOI Giżycku – ul. Moniuszki 7,
— 24 WOG Giżycko, SOI Gołdap – ul. Partyzantów 27,
— 24 WOG Giżycko, SOI Węgorzewo – ul. gen. J. Bema 16,
— 24 WOG Giżycko, SOI Bemowo Piskie – ul. Kętrzyńskiego 1,
— 25 WOG Białystok – SOI w Białymstoku – ul. Kawaleryjska 70.
3. Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji na dostarczone wyroby na okres: minimum 24 – maksimum 36 miesięcy.
4. Okres rękojmi: 24 miesiące – wg art. 568 § 1 K.C.
5. Wymagany termin wykonania zamówienia z uzyskaniem efektu rzeczowego:
— minimum 45 dni od dnia podpisania umowy,
— maksimum 60 dni od dnia podpisania umowy.
