The subject of the contract is the completion of the Simplified Project Documentation (Simplified Design Documentation) provided at the stage of the design documentation for building permits in the details for the execution of the building (hereinafter referred to as the DSPRS) and the incorporation of the conditions of the construction procedure, the engineering work – ensuring the issue of the relevant building permits or approvals of the building authorities and the particulars (defined in TP 03/2006 of the Ministry of Transport, Posts and Telecommunications of the Slovak Republic) and the actual execution of construction works.
