The scope of the service shall consist in particular of: - a software part: rental of cash register software - of a hardware part: in particular the rental of servers, conventional and automatic cash desks, tablet PCs and management with touch screen or standard; and supply of peripherals (e.g. routers, badge readers, ticket printers, CB terminals, CB card terminals, etc.) - associated services: => for cash register software: i_service maintenance services, user support services, hosting services, and training services and provision of activity indicators ii_the provision of a customisable steering portal managing different levels of empowerment (local, territorial and national) with provision of tailored activity reporting. iii_maintenance services, user support services, hosting services, and training services. => automatic distribution management, automatic deposit, dematerialised badge => for the hardware part: i_maintenance services, and support services for use ii_for the overall solution (software and hardware): installation and parameterization services necessary for the proper functioning of the solution, data integration services currently used by the (PDR) Catering Points (including database of guests and products, settings and La Poste management rules), as well as the documentary deliverables associated with the solution and services. => network: provide or resume connections to local networks (Fibre, 4G, ADSL) during installations.
