Description

Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa achizitioneze prin incheierea unui acord cadru cu un singur operator economic pe perioada a 48 luni, motorina pentru centralele termice, ce va fi livrata la centrele din municipiu si judet aflate in subordinea DGASPC Tulcea.
Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite fara reluarea competitiei. Cel mai mare contract subsecvent urmeaza a se incheia pe durata a 12 luni. Contractele subsecvente se estimeaza ca se vor incheia dupa cum urmeaza:
- Un contract subsecvent in perioada iulie 2022 - iunie 2023 - 208512 litri, valoare estimata 1626393,60 lei fara TVA
- Un contract subsecvent in perioada iulie 2023 - iunie 2024 - 208512 litri, valoare estimata 1626393,60 lei fara TVA
- Un contract subsecvent in perioada iulie 2024 - iunie 2025 - 208512 litri, valoare estimata 1626393,60 lei fara TVA
- Un contract subsecvent in perioada iulie 2025 - iunie 2026 - 208512 litri, valoare estimata 1626393,60 lei fara TVA
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 15 zile
Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare pana in a 2-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
