Description

The University of Bayreuth intends to conclude a framework agreement on laboratory articles for a period of four years. The contract has a basic contract duration of 12 months (01.11.2025 to 31.10.2026). Subsequently, the contract is extended by 12 months if it is not terminated with a notice period of 3 months. The maximum duration of the contract expires on 31.10.2029 at the latest without the need for a written notice of termination. The corresponding laboratory materials are purchased from our central warehouse in bulk orders and delivered centrally. Distribution to end users is not part of the framework agreement.
