The existing stands (the spectator area) provide for the adjustment of the steps, the supply and installation of new seats and the construction of two pergolas in detail in the design documentation. The stands are theatrically located, west of the stage. There are 340 seats with the possibility of standing, which increases the maximum capacity to 400 people. The correction of the steps will be carried out as above the existing pavement is executed reinforced concrete pavement with a thickness of 10 cm, reinforced with a mesh N8/20 cm in both directions. Used myth white concrete in combination with white mosaic and aggregates. An impregnation and sealing solution for polymer-based concrete with acrylate resin containing solvents will be applied to impregnate and seal the surface layer of freshly laid concrete. A constructive statement was prepared for the stage, which provides for the removal of the two existing storage buildings to the stage. The existing projection wall is strengthened, and its height is reduced, as it will no longer be used for projections. A metal structure is built to cover the stage, with metal tiles on waterproofing (diffuse) foil and grill. The stage wall and the roof paneling are executed by HPL 12mm, elements with teak wood decor. The scene itself is preserved and a new part is completed.
