Dans le cadre d'un projet visant la déconstruction d'une partie du patrimoine de SNCF Immobilier dans les régions Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes et Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, le présent avis de publicité a pour objet de confier l'exécution de prestations de MOE spécialisée en projets de déconstruction sélective et en opérations de dépollutions associées.
Les missions de MOE portent sur l’ensemble des opérations de déconstruction de la direction immobilière territoriale Sud-Est de la société. Elles sont liées à des travaux dont le montant est inférieure à 1 000 000 EUR.
Les bâtiments à démolir sont de diverses natures sous trois catégories:
— industrielle et ferroviaire: halles, rotondes, ateliers, entrepôts, hangars, châteaux d'eau, réservoir, cuves, chaudières, transformateurs électriques, centrales d'air, fosses, ponts-roulants, quais, voies ferrées, poteaux caténaires, poteaux d'éclairage…;
— tertiaire: bureaux;
— sociale: pavillons, immeubles d'habitation, maisons de garde-barrière…
