Description

The object of the procurement was to provide medical equipment to equip the outpatient of the Buftea Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital through the RRP, in the quantities and with the technical specifications described in the tender specifications for each lot. This public procurement procedure is structured in 5 lots. NOTE : In accordance with Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority sets 1 time limit – the limit within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to tenderers’ requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders. The technical requirements defined at the level of the contract notice, tender specifications or other complementary documents, by reference to standards, to a particular manufacturer, to trademarks, patents, types, to a specific origin or production/method of manufacture/provision/execution, shall be understood to be accompanied by the mention ‘or equivalent’.
