Description

The development of urban-architectonic building design in the Holín Preurb site, to the extent of the design of the location of the buildings in the area, the design of the transport and technical infrastructure, the design of the regulation and the establishment conditions (height and density of the building, the typology of buildings). The site is located on the north-western edge of the city and has an area of approximately 16 ha. The area in question is closed between the streets of Markova and road I/35, on the southern side, it follows the existing construction of the ‘Country’ in the form of the solitary RD and, on the northern side, the construction of the Kbelnice municipality’s cadastre.
