Description

Die Stadt Villingen-Schwenningen ist Eigentümerin der Liegenschaft der ehemaligen Französischen Schule in Villingen-Schwenningen, Flurstücknummer: 1639 und 1558/22.
Das Gebäude aus dem Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts soll künftig zum VHS-Standort Villingen werden.
Die bauliche Umsetzung dieser Maßnahmen ist ab September 2023 vorgesehen.
Die Hochbauplanungen für den Umbau des Gebäudes erfolgt bis zur Leistungsphase 4 durch das Amt für Gebäudewirtschaft und Hochbau (GHO) der Stadt Villingen-Schwenningen.
Diese Planung stellt die Grundlage für die weitere Bearbeitung des Objekts dar.
Nach den Baugenehmigungsverfahren im 1. Quartal 2023 ist die Ausführungsplanung bis Mitte 3. Quartal 2023 vorgesehen. Die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Vergabe erfolgt bereits ab dem 1. Quartal 2023 (Ausschreibung). Die Ausführung ist bis Ende 2024 vorgesehen.
Der Auftraggeber legt in der LP 8 Wert auf eine wöchentliche Baustellenpräsenz von 3 Tagen.
