Description

The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe gGmbH plans to convert the monument house W to a nursery centre. The existing house W building was constructed in 1907 and the refurbishment in 1986. The existing nursery centre ‘Klinikzwerge’ is to be extended to four groups through the conversion of house W. After initial feasibility studies have been carried out, construction costs (KG 300+ 400, DIN 276) are assumed to be approximately EUR 2.8 million gross. The following milestones are envisaged: Start date of provision of services: March 2024, completion: End of 2026. — This invitation to tender is intended to be entrusted with the following services (in a step-by-step): Technical equipment, plant groups 4, 5 and 6, performance phases 2-9 pursuant to Sections 53 et seq. HOAI.
