les prestations prennent en compte la démolition d'un bâtiment existant et la construction de la maison médicale et du parking associé. La future maison médicale se situe dans le périmètre de monuments historiques et accueille sur sa parcelle plusieurs arbres remarquables à conserver.Le présent contrat a pour objet de confier au maître d'oeuvre une mission dont les éléments constitutifs sont définis ci-dessous :- avant-Projet sommaire (Aps)- avant-Projet définitif (Apd)- etudes de projet (Pro)- assistance pour la passation des marchés de travaux (Amt)- etudes d'exécution et de Synthèse (Exe)- direction de l'exécution du contrat de travaux (Det)- assistance lors des opérations de réception (Aor) et parfait achèvement.Des missions complémentaires sont également confiées au titulaire dans le cadre du présent marché et sont détaillées au Cctp.- Mc1-Synth (synthèse) ;- mc2-Opc (Ordonnancement, Coordination et Pilotage) ;- mc3-Qeb (Qualité environnementale des Bâtiments)
